I thought this and God of War were both announced for the 2009 fiscal year which ends in March? Technically it's 2010 but it depends on who's saying it I guess?

If you buy a US card you can only use it with a US account so your good for almost everything EXCEPT DLC because it's region locked.

The key word here is portable, and as a portable game it works rather well (unless you suck of course). The writer's wrong about the sound quality, try using headphones, if your not playing with headphones your loosing half the game. I will agree about the soundtrack, it's pretty disappointing.
You can either have Rock Band PORTABLE or you can be like this guy!
